USATF Oregon XC Championships for Open/Masters set for November 10th

2012 USATF Oregon XC Championships Open/Masters

The 2012 USATF-Oregon Open/Master XC Championship Race will be held on Saturday November 10th at Pier Park in Portland, Oregon in conjunction with the 2012 Stumptown Cross Series race #4 hosted by Team Red Lizard.

The Women’s Open/Master Race will be 6,000m and will start at 9:00am. 2011 RESULTS HERE

The Men’s Open/Master Race will be 8,000m and will start at 9:45am. 2011 RESULTS HERE

Athletes can sign up online for the 2012 USATF-Oregon Open/Master XC Championship at http://www.redlizardrunning.com/xc/. The cost is $15.00. There will be day of race registration available beginning at 8:00am on race day.

 
2012 USATF-Oregon Open/Master XC Championship race scoring rules

1. You must be a 2012 member of USATF Oregon in order to compete in this race and count towards scoring in the 2012 USATF-Oregon XC Championship team competition and to be eligible for prizes. Athletes can join USATF at www.usatf.org/membership.
2. For the 2012 USATF-Oregon XC Championship team scoring, the top 4 runners on each team will score. If there is a tie, the 5th runner breaks the tie.
